- development of research concepts, methodological principles and guidelines for specific scientific works;
- study of the logic of formation of scientific knowledge in ethno-pedagogy in order to identify development trends and opportunities to extrapolate the obtained results to predict this development (reflection), etc.
The methodological culture of the teacher is manifested in the search for
new approaches to education, new methods, new educational systems. Methodological culture should be considered as part of the general pedagogical culture of the teacher.
There are three approaches to culture:
- Axiological (culture is seen as a value, as a system of values;)
- activistic-creative (the main thing in culture is those ways of activity that are necessary for creative development);
- the personal (a measure of culture - its bearer, preserver
and "developer", i.e. a person).
The pedagogical culture is an essential characteristic
of a pedagogue's personality, the ways of his pedagogical activity and his ability to comprehend such things as and the values that guide him in it (the three approaches are as if "monolithic").
The only way to develop culture is through dialogue. It is possible to judge a society's level of culture by its attitude
of a society to children. It is impossible to say that there is or there is not a pedagogical culture: it is always there.
