Game couldn't start, yay. I only tried the title update version, and I had freshly created a working TU1 xex from the default.xexp from said title update and a new rip of the default.xex from my disk. Is this for the anniversary disk xex or something?

I used the Anniversary xex but I figured it was all the same.

They must be slightly different then I guess, any little changes to an xex seem to throw all the offsets out of whack.

Sounds like you typed the command incorrectly.

Regardless, I just updated the process to be much easier. Re-download and try it now! :D

Hey I'm new. I was wondering if there was a tutorial thread I could follow in order to install this.

The description/main post is all the tutorial you need.

I get an eror "Error reading xex file ..."

And that's from copying your xex with its original name to the folder?

Which batch file are you running?

I download TU1, then I extracted the content to desktop. After that I go to Neighborhood> Game Development Volume> halo Reach directory and I copy the original dlls to? I'm stuck there, is it dll.orig? or just the dll? I'm really sorry but I'm new

If you have dll.orig files you may already be good, but if you are running from \DEVKIT then your files are set for dev and the TU files probably won't patch.

You'll want to grab default.xex from the disc.

You need to set to "All Files" and choose the patchme.xex.

Try removing the limits in xextool with the command "-ra".

Well finally figured out how to get this working until

Yep I messed up big time, I have to recreate the patches.

Edit: Okay, it was just an issue with the noTU patch specifically. Reuploading new file now.
