Set the 5 floats at 82A456F4 to 0 to disable the blur. (TU1)

Is there a specific tool that will allow me to do this?
Does XPort360 work?
I have the game installed to the HDD, if i pull it out of the console and mount it on my pc, can XPort360 modify this on the installed disks file?

or does 82A456F4  refer to a location in Memory (RAM) or something else?

I hate the blur with a passion, I would rather see stuttering and screen tearing.

It's an offset. You need a console that can run unsigned executables. (JTAG/RGH/DEVKIT)

You can either poke it to the consoles memory while its running or edit the executable so the changes are permanent.
